Rear SumoSprings are a maintenance-free suspension enhancement built to create a better journey. Handmade from micro-cellular polyurethane, they are designed to reduce rear-end sag and increase load carrying ability while decreasing vibration, stabilizing sway, and softening harsh rebounds.
The SSR-209-40 has a 1,000 lb capacity when compressed at 50%. The Blue SumoSprings shouldn’t be compressed past 70% of their original height in order to keep full memory rebound.
Please Note: SuperSprings International products are specifically designed for vehicles equipped with factory suspension. We cannot guarantee their compatibility with aftermarket products or parts. For questions about fitment on your specific vehicle, please contact us.

They worked as designed.

Awesome product and ingenious idea!
Customer service has been top notch. The 1,000 lb springs may be a little much for my truck without either of the boats behind me. Gerrold recommended removing the 1/2” spacer and that helped with the rebounding when hitting bumps. I took a short ride tonight after removing the spacers and the ride was more natural.
Stiffened up the suspension but in a way that feels good and makes it les jarring over bumps and potholes. Handles much better.
Truck rides firm and secure when loaded down! I use my truck for construction purposes as well as scrapping and sometimes have very heavy loads. I'm no longer worried about my suspension wearing out and having a saggy rear-end. When the truck is empty it rides just as smooth as when I had the factory bump stops in place.
I am really happy with the sumo springs, I installed them to where they contact the axle and it does ride a good bit stiffer than stock when the truck is unloaded but it makes up for it when you are loaded down. It smoothes out the ride when loaded down and on my truck loaded down with appropriately 900 pounds it only squats about an inch. I recommend them to people who tow pretty frequently
