30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If your order didn’t work out for any reason, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees, no hassle.
Changed your mind after that? No problem—we still accept returns up to 90 days from the delivery date, but a 15% restocking fee will apply.
90-Day Return Window
We’ll accept returns for up to 90 days after your order was delivered. After that, we’re not able to take items back.
To be eligible for a refund, the item needs to be in new, unused condition, with all parts included. If something’s missing or shows signs of use, it may affect your return.
How to Start a Return
The easiest way to start a return is through our online form. Just head over to our Contact Page and click on “Start A Return.”
You’ll be asked to fill out a few quick details and upload a photo of the item—this helps speed things up on our end.
Return Shipping
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a service with tracking so you can be sure it gets back to us safely.
Approval & Processing
Once we get your return request, we’ll take a look and let you know if it’s approved. If everything checks out, we’ll send you an RMA number and instructions for sending the product back.
Just a heads-up: if a package shows up without an RMA number, our shipping team may have to reject it.
Inspections & Refunds
When your return arrives, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets our return standards. If it does, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method you used.
If anything’s off or missing, it could slow things down—or affect whether we can approve the return at all.
Bought It from a Dealer?
If you picked up your product from one of our dealers or another website, you’ll need to go through them directly. Their return policies may be different than ours.
One Last Thing
We include your return deadline on your order confirmation email and on the packing slip, so you always know how much time you have. It looks like this:
