We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to return something, we’ve made the process as straightforward as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns at SuperSprings International:
Start a return for standard orders within the return window.
For returning dealer or wholesale purchases with an RMA.
Start a warranty claim for damaged or faulty items.
If your order didn’t work out for any reason, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees, no hassle. Changed your mind after that? No problem—we still accept returns up to 90 days from the delivery date, but a 15% restocking fee will apply.
We’ll accept returns for up to 90 days after your order was delivered. After that, we’re not able to take items back. To be eligible for a refund, the item needs to be in new, unused condition, with all parts included. If something’s missing or shows signs of use, it may affect your return.
The easiest way to start a return is through our online form. Just head over to our Contact Page and click on “Start A Return.” You’ll be asked to fill out a few quick details and upload a photo of the item—this helps speed things up on our end.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a service with tracking so you can be sure it gets back to us safely.
Once we get your return request, we’ll take a look and let you know if it’s approved. If everything checks out, we’ll send you an RMA number and instructions for sending the product back. Just a heads-up: if a package shows up without an RMA number, our shipping team may have to reject it.
When your return arrives, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets our return standards. If it does, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method you used. If anything's off or missing, it could slow things down—and may result in reduced credit or void the RMA entirely.
If you picked up your product from one of our dealers or another website, you’ll need to go through them directly. Their return policies may be different than ours.ent parts provided by anyone else..
Warranty items for defective or damaged products are part of our lifetime warranty. On our return page, please select the option for starting a warranty claim.
We include your return deadline on your order confirmation email and on the packing slip, so you always know how much time you have. It looks like this:
“You're covered! Returns are accepted until [Insert Date Here]. All parts must be included—missing items may incur a 15% fee. Questions? Contact us at support@superspringsint.com.”
