Most of the time, when we hear about a situation similar to what you are explaining, it has to do with pre-load tension.
If there is not enough, the installation might be too loose. The higher up you set the bolt hole settings, the more tension, and the tighter the kit becomes.
That usually does the trick, but please, send me some pictures if you don’t mind.
