Description

Les SumoSprings® sont un produit de suspension breveté conçu pour améliorer la capacité de charge, stabiliser le roulis et améliorer le contrôle général du conducteur ainsi que le confort de conduite. Ils ne nécessitent aucun entretien, ne fuient pas d'air et n'ont pas besoin de conduites d'air ou de compresseurs. Les SumoSprings® sont fabriqués dans une variété de hauteurs, de diamètres et de densités pour supporter de multiples applications avant et arrière. Ils sont fabriqués à partir d'un polyuréthane propriétaire à cellules micro-cellulaires fermées, offrant un taux de ressort doux et progressif avec des propriétés d'amortissement supérieures. Chaque SumoSpring est fabriqué à la main avec soin, rendant chacun unique avec ses propres caractéristiques naturelles, telles que de légères variations de couleur et des bulles de surface – preuve du savoir-faire qui entre dans chaque pièce.

I don’t post reviews, but I’ve decided to make an exception. I was looking for info about these before I bought them, and found it difficult to find good info.

I bought these (black 1500lb) SumoSprings for my 2020 Toyota Tundra CM, not really knowing what to expect. What I got was a product that does every thing I could have hoped for. With my 4500lb boat in tow, box and back seat full of supplies for a week at the lake, handled the weight (little squat) and also rode firm but not harsh. Then when the trucks empty I think it rides just fine, if a little firmer I don’t really notice.

This is in my opinion an excellent product, and if it will continue to perform through the years, an exceptional value to boot. Keep in mind that the U bolts should not be reused and should be replaced with new OEM.

I’m a dealer/installer and just installed the 1500lb set on my customer’s 2021 Tundra TRD Pro. He lost about 1.5″ in sag due to the heavy overlanding gear and Decked bed tray system. He asked me to install this 1500lb set. His sag is gone with ride height restored, and he states that his ride is comfortable again, especially as the sumospring system helps absorb the bumps with the rest of the Fox suspension.

I also want to take the time here to recognize the amazing customer service that SuperSprings provided to me even with me just being a dealer/installer. I received the incorrect kit from our distributor, the sumosprings themselves were the same between the two supported kits, but the mounting plate was completely different (bolts vs leaf). SuperSprings worked with me, and immediately got the correct mounting plates out to me in time to get my customer ready for his lengthy overlanding trip out west. It’s hard to find such amazing customer service these days, but SuperSprings went over and above to help me and my customer out!!!

I look forward to buying their products for my own 4Runner here soon.

I was hoping to get rid of a little sag and still have a comfortable ride when not pulling our 5th wheel camper.
The SumoSprings work great. no sag and my ride with or without the camper is nice and smooth. Highly recommended.
Also – I took the truck to a shop to have them installed and it was done in 30 minutes!
