Description
SumoSprings® are a patented suspension product designed to enhance load carrying ability, stabilize sway, and improve overall driver control and ride comfort. They are maintenance free, do not leak air, and do not require airlines or compressors. SumoSprings® are manufactured in a variety of heights, diameters and densities to support multiple front and rear applications. They are manufactured from proprietary closed micro-cellular urethane providing a smooth and progressive spring rate with superior damping properties. Every SumoSpring is handmade with care, making each one unique with its own natural characteristics, such as slight color variations and surface bubbles—proof of the craftsmanship that goes into every piece.

I am really happy with the sumo springs, I installed them to where they contact the axle and it does ride a good bit stiffer than stock when the truck is unloaded but it makes up for it when you are loaded down. It smoothes out the ride when loaded down and on my truck loaded down with appropriately 900 pounds it only squats about an inch. I recommend them to people who tow pretty frequently
Rick Messick –
Truck rides firm and secure when loaded down! I use my truck for construction purposes as well as scrapping and sometimes have very heavy loads. I’m no longer worried about my suspension wearing out and having a saggy rear-end. When the truck is empty it rides just as smooth as when I had the factory bump stops in place.
Joe Daigneault –
Stiffened up the suspension but in a way that feels good and makes it les jarring over bumps and potholes. Handles much better.
Mark Boardman –
Customer service has been top notch. The 1,000 lb springs may be a little much for my truck without either of the boats behind me. Gerrold recommended removing the 1/2” spacer and that helped with the rebounding when hitting bumps. I took a short ride tonight after removing the spacers and the ride was more natural.
