Great addition to my 2015 Silverado 2500HD. I had already lowered the back end with a set of McGaughy’s shackles because I couldn’t stand the “cat in heat” look of the back end. I am also getting older and it made getting in and out of the back a much better proposition. Put on the Sumos shortly afterward and they rest right on the axle when empty. When loaded even with a ton or slightly more, very little squat and the ride is like having air springs on the truck. Feels more stable also. Well worth the investment. Highly recommend. So simple and easy to install.

The Sumo springs work great for handling the extra pin weight of our 5th wheel trailer. Prior to these I had the Timbren springs on the truck and they rode awful under a load. One bump in the road would have you bouncing for the next 1/2 mile. Not experiencing that at all with the Sumo springs. Glad I made the swap.

This is the first 3/4 ton and diesel truck that I have ever owned. Truck was purchased, specifically, to pull a 5th-wheel camper. Great product and very easy to install. I litterally just removed the factory bump-stops, placed the springs on bump-stop base, and lowered my camper onto the hitch to seat the springs. No floor jack or 2X4’s needed. The weight of the camper was enough to properly seat the springs. Exactly what I was looking for, to help with porpoising caused by bumps, when pulling my 5th-wheel camper. Also helped to reduce rear sag from the 2100 lbs. pin weight of my camper. Slightly noticeable when my 2022 Chevy 2500HD is unloaded, but much less of the jarring-effect, that is very noticeable with the comparable Timbren helper-springs. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase.

My first Sumo Springs were for a 1/2 truck that I pulled a travel trailer with. I purchased a new 3/4 ton truck and immediately had to get a set of Sumo Springs. They are a must have when pulling a travel trailer. Helps eliminate rear end sag and helps keep the front end on the ground.

I put a set of Sumo Springs on my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation double cab standard bed when pulling my Grand Design Reflection 150 series fifth wheel and it eliminated sag and body roll. I purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Z71 Chrome edition crew cab standard bed and immediately got a set for that to pull my bigger fifth wheel, 2022 Bighorn 3120RK dry 11972 lbs dry, 15000 loaded for a trip with 2490 pin weight. The black Sumo Springs for the Silverado reduced the squat and help make a comfortable ride on our first trip which was 1100 miles one way. I highly recommend these to anyone, easy to install and do what they were designed to do with out affecting unloaded ride.
