Rear SumoSprings are a maintenance-free suspension enhancement built to create a better journey. Handmade from micro-cellular polyurethane, they are designed to reduce rear-end sag and increase load carrying ability while decreasing vibration, stabilizing sway, and softening harsh rebounds.
The SSR-116-47 has a 1,500 lb capacity when compressed at 50%. The Black SumoSprings shouldn’t be compressed past 65% of their original height in order to keep full memory rebound.
Please Note: SuperSprings International products are specifically designed for vehicles equipped with factory suspension. We cannot guarantee their compatibility with aftermarket products or parts. For questions about fitment on your specific vehicle, please contact us.

My f150 xl 4x2 has full time Are utility tool topper in bed! About 700lbs always! Also tow 7x16 travel trailer often. Before adding sumo’s the stock bump stops with trailer tongue weight sat about 2” above axle! Traveling with the 2” was a little less than ideal, now with the 1” spacer provided with springs installed, big difference in how this set up performs, springs set on axle maybe 20-25% compressed and makes me feel much more in command, no more sway or uneasy 😳 towing experience. Haven’t driven truck without trailer attached, so can’t speak to stock ride, really won’t matter for this is a dedicated tow rig! Without trailer attached, sumos basically just brush top of axle! I imagine, it probably will ride different than stock, won’t be a problem. Thanks- SuperSprings/ Sumos 👍
