Employee Referral Program
At SuperSprings International, we're always looking for good people to join the Rocketship and we'd love for you to help. We love working with you and we're confident you can help us find more excellent team members to join the SSI team.

Here's the scoop - we're offering a referral bonus for helping us in the hunt for the very best of the best. The way it works is if you refer someone you think would be a good fit here at SSl and you we hire them, you'll be awarded a "finder's fee" - $500 (less taxes).

The following lays out the program for referring candidates to SSI. Current SuperSprings International employees must refer candidates to the Human Resources department using the employee referral program link on the company intranet page or by using the attached candidate referral form.


Program Rules

- All SuperSprings International employees, except those at a director level and above, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates, are eligible for the referral bonus.

- The referral date cannot be earlier than the date the job opening is posted. The hiring of a referred employee must occur within 180 days (six months) of the initial referral date.

- The referral must represent the candidate's first contact with SuperSprings International. Temporary, summer, contract, and former employees of SuperSprings International are not eligible candidates for referral awards.

- To be eligible for an award, an employee must submit a referral to Human Resources (via candidate referral form or intranet link) and a resume or employment application.

- The referring employee must agree to have his or her name used when the company contacts the candidate.

- The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.

- Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.

- All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures.

- All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.

- If a candidate is hired for a position other than the one for which she was referred, the referring employee may still be eligible for the referral bonus upon the company's discretion.

- The referring employee must be employed by SuperSprings International during the hired candidate's first 90 days of employment to receive payment of the referral.

- Any disputes or interpretations of this employee referral program will be handled through Human Resources. All referral bonus payments will be paid the first pay period after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment at SuperSprings International.

- The final approval of the referral bonus will be made by the company president.
