The Self-Adjusting Suspension Upgrade

Say goodbye to sag, sway, and constant adjustments. SuperSprings® bolt-on helper springs automatically adapt to your load—no air lines, no hassle. Just smooth, stable driving whether you're hauling heavy or cruising light.

What Makes SuperSprings Stand Out

A smarter alternative to air bags and add-a-leaf kits — engineered for reliability and ride comfort.
How It Works

Self-Adjusting Support That Adapts in Real Time

SuperSprings® are designed to sit above your factory leaf springs and remain passive during normal driving. As your vehicle takes on weight, the SuperSpring flexes and progressively engages, distributing that load across the suspension. Once the load is removed, the system returns to its neutral position — no manual input required.

This self-adjusting behavior ensures you maintain a smooth, factory-like ride when unloaded, with additional support only when you need it. Whether you're hauling tools, towing a trailer, or cruising empty, your truck rides confidently and comfortably in every condition.

Built to Withstand the Toughest Environments

Engineered for Demanding Duty

Built to Withstand the Toughest Environments
Made from high-grade, shot-peened steel and finished with a durable powder coating, SuperSprings are built for years of punishing use. They thrive in harsh conditions — from freezing job sites to blistering highways — and work quietly without requiring any maintenance.

Because they have no moving parts, no lubrication needs, and no compressors or airlines, SuperSprings are a true “install and forget” solution. Whether you're hauling heavy gear or running empty, they simply do their job — without making noise or breaking down.
Smarter Suspension Support, Without the Tradeoffs

Why SuperSprings Beat Add-a-Leaf Kits

Add-a-leaf systems increase capacity but often stiffen the ride, raise the truck’s height permanently, and reduce suspension flexibility — even when you're not carrying a load. Worse, they often require disassembly of the spring pack, which can void warranties or damage OEM parts.

SuperSprings do it differently. They stay passive during normal driving and progressively engage only when needed. There’s no impact on ride quality when empty, and no risk to your factory suspension. Install them in under two hours, keep your factory springs intact, and enjoy boosted support exactly when you need it — and never when you don’t.

Wherever your truck goes — and whatever it carries — SuperSprings deliver performance without compromise.

Shackle Adjustment

SuperSprings are designed with various shackles. The shackles will have 1, 2, or 3 bolt holes. The bolt holes allow the installer to adjust the SuperSprings. The higher the hole, the more pre-load tension, allowing the SuperSprings to start higher on the spring rate curve. Below is a chart showing the various bolt positions for a two-hole shackle.

LOW PRE-LOAD TENSION

Lowest Setting

Rear roller bolt in lower hole and Front roller bolt in lower hole

MED PRE-LOAD TENSION

Slight Increase

Rear roller bolt in upper hole and Front roller bolt in lower hole

HIGH PRE-LOAD TENSION

Greater
